Loveland Park (Warren County) home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Loveland Park in Warren County rose by $15,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 11 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Loveland Park in the second half of 2018, as well.
