Pleasant Plain home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Pleasant Plain fell by $15,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,500 - a 8% decrease over the $187,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Pleasant Plain in the second half of 2018.
