Mason home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Mason rose by $28,350 while total sales decreased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 312 homes sold, with a median sale price of $238,250 - a 13.5% increase over the $209,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 337 homes sold in Mason in the second half of 2018.
