St. Clair home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in St. Clair rose by $1,500 while total sales decreased by 3.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,500 - a 1.8% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in St. Clair in the second half of 2018.
