Springboro home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Springboro rose by $32,500 while total sales increased by 3.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 212 homes sold, with a median sale price of $263,500 - a 14.1% increase over the $231,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 205 homes sold in Springboro in the second half of 2018.
