Five Points home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Five Points rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 53.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 2.9% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Five Points in the second half of 2018.
