Hunter home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Hunter fell by $9,500 while total sales increased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,500 - a 6.6% decrease over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Hunter in the first half of 2018.
