Deerfield Township home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Deerfield Township rose by $64,950 while total sales increased by 860%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 144 homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,950 - a 28.9% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Deerfield Township in the first half of 2018.
