Wayne home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Wayne rose by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 38.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,000 - a 5.2% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Wayne in the second half of 2018.
