Hanover Township home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Hanover Township rose by $13,600 while total sales increased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,600 - a 8.8% increase over the $154,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Hanover Township in the second half of 2018.
