Ross home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Ross fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 2.3% decrease over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Ross in the second half of 2018.
