East Cleveland home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in East Cleveland fell by $3,363 while total sales decreased by 35%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $17,350 - a 16.2% decrease over the $20,713 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in East Cleveland in the fourth quarter of 2018.
