Highland Hills home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Highland Hills fell by $14,175 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $23,375 - a 37.7% decrease over the $37,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Highland Hills in the fourth quarter of 2018, as well.
