Brooklyn home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Brooklyn rose by $21,800 while total sales decreased by 8.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 22.2% increase over the $98,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Brooklyn in the fourth quarter of 2018.
