Valley View home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Valley View fell by $24,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 9.8% decrease over the $249,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Valley View in the fourth quarter of 2018.
