Solon home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Solon fell by $8,500 while total sales decreased by 36.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $251,500 - a 3.3% decrease over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 82 homes sold in Solon in the fourth quarter of 2018.
