Maple Heights home prices unchanged in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Maple Heights was unchanged while total sales increased by 27.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 176 homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000. There were 138 homes sold in Maple Heights in the third quarter of 2018, and the median sales price for the period was also $50,000.

The median sales tax in Maple Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,203, approximately 4.4% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
