Garfield Heights home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Garfield Heights rose by $5,400 while total sales decreased by 2.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 201 homes sold, with a median sale price of $62,500 - a 9.5% increase over the $57,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 206 homes sold in Garfield Heights in the third quarter of 2018.
