North Randall home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in North Randall rose by $5,350 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $76,750 - a 7.5% increase over the $71,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in North Randall in the third quarter of 2018, as well.
