Seven Hills home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Seven Hills fell by $7,500 while total sales increased by 31.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 79 homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,750 - a 3.9% decrease over the $191,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Seven Hills in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Seven Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,039, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
