Walton Hills home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Walton Hills rose by $4,400 while total sales decreased by 47.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,500 - a 2.3% increase over the $193,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Walton Hills in the third quarter of 2018.
