Bratenahl home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Bratenahl rose by $97,500 while total sales increased by 81.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $357,500 - a 37.5% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Bratenahl in the third quarter of 2018.
