South Euclid home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in South Euclid rose by $13,900 while total sales increased by 1.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 157 homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,900 - a 17% increase over the $82,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 155 homes sold in South Euclid in the second quarter of 2018.
