Woodmere home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Woodmere fell by $32,400 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,750 - a 15.6% decrease over the $208,150 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Woodmere in the second quarter of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Woodmere for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,045, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
