Valley View home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Valley View rose by $55,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $193,000 - a 39.9% increase over the $138,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Valley View in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Valley View for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,604, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
