Maple Heights home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Maple Heights rose by $9,900 while total sales remained unchanged with 141 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 141 homes sold, with a median sale price of $47,500 - a 26.3% increase over the $37,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 141 homes sold in Maple Heights in the first quarter of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Maple Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,203, approximately 4.6% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2019.
