North Olmsted home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in North Olmsted rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 10.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 112 homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,000 - a 3.8% increase over the $132,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 101 homes sold in North Olmsted in the first quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in North Olmsted for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,539, approximately 3.3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2019.
