Olmsted Falls home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Olmsted Falls rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 3.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,500 - a 11.3% increase over the $132,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Olmsted Falls in the first quarter of 2018.
