Brooklyn Heights home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Brooklyn Heights fell by $5,250 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,750 - a 3% decrease over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Brooklyn Heights in the first quarter of 2018.
