Seven Hills home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Seven Hills rose by $20,250 while total sales increased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,750 - a 12.4% increase over the $163,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Seven Hills in the first quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Seven Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,039, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2019.
