Westlake home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Westlake fell by $43,800 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 90 homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,950 - a 18.7% decrease over the $233,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 108 homes sold in Westlake in the first quarter of 2018.
