Chagrin Falls home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Chagrin Falls rose by $33,550 while total sales decreased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 14.2% increase over the $236,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Chagrin Falls in the first quarter of 2018.
