Brooklyn home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Brooklyn rose by $12,950 while total sales decreased by 29.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,200 - a 15.2% increase over the $85,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Brooklyn in the fourth quarter of 2017.
