Bedford Heights home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Bedford Heights rose by $10,350 while total sales increased by 19.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 11.5% increase over the $89,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Bedford Heights in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Bedford Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,140, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2018.
