Oakwood home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Oakwood fell by $15,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $117,000 - a 11.4% decrease over the $132,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Oakwood in the fourth quarter of 2017.
