Orange home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Orange fell by $28,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $266,250 - a 9.7% decrease over the $295,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Orange in the fourth quarter of 2017.
