Euclid home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Euclid rose by $11,500 while total sales increased by 9.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 284 homes sold, with a median sale price of $63,000 - a 22.3% increase over the $51,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 259 homes sold in Euclid in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 4.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
