Parma home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Parma rose by $7,400 while total sales increased by 3.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 459 homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,400 - a 6.9% increase over the $107,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 445 homes sold in Parma in the third quarter of 2017.
