Olmsted Falls home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Olmsted Falls rose by $28,000 while total sales decreased by 19.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 20.4% increase over the $137,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Olmsted Falls in the third quarter of 2017.
