Olmsted Township home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Olmsted Township rose by $6,500 while total sales increased by 2.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,500 - a 3% increase over the $216,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Olmsted Township in the third quarter of 2017.
