North Olmsted home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in North Olmsted rose by $11,100 while total sales increased by 24.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 168 homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,000 - a 7.9% increase over the $139,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 135 homes sold in North Olmsted in the second quarter of 2017.
