Rocky River home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Rocky River rose by $15,250 while total sales increased by 2.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 88 homes sold, with a median sale price of $244,250 - a 6.7% increase over the $229,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 86 homes sold in Rocky River in the second quarter of 2017.
