Chagrin Falls home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Chagrin Falls rose by $37,700 while total sales increased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $236,450 - a 19% increase over the $198,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Chagrin Falls in the first quarter of 2017.
