Parma Heights home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Parma Heights rose by $10,600 while total sales increased by 2.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 77 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 10.2% increase over the $104,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in Parma Heights in the fourth quarter of 2016.
