North Olmsted home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in North Olmsted rose by $15,200 while total sales remained unchanged with 127 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 127 homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,000 - a 12.1% increase over the $125,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 127 homes sold in North Olmsted in the fourth quarter of 2016, as well.
