Rocky River home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Rocky River fell by $11,825 while total sales decreased by 6.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 99 homes sold, with a median sale price of $206,000 - a 5.4% decrease over the $217,825 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 106 homes sold in Rocky River in the fourth quarter of 2016.
