Highland Hills home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Highland Hills fell by $47,250 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 48.6% decrease over the $97,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Highland Hills in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Highland Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,950, approximately 5.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
