Warrensville Heights home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Warrensville Heights rose by $21,450 while total sales increased by 17.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $51,450 - a 71.5% increase over the $30,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Warrensville Heights in the third quarter of 2016.
