North Randall home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in North Randall fell by $26,300 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $56,700 - a 31.7% decrease over the $83,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in North Randall in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in North Randall for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,781, approximately 4.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
