North College Hill home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in North College Hill fell by $7,300 while total sales remained unchanged with 61 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 10.1% decrease over the $72,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in North College Hill in the third quarter of 2018, as well.
